Stephanie Dinkins: A Brooklyn-based transdisciplinary artist who trains and collaborates with AI systems to explore race, identity, and history. Her project “Not the Only One” (N’TOO) is a voice-interactive chatbot trained on three generations of her own family’s narratives, built with a custom neural network (an LLM), to create an evolving, embodied memoir. This work reframes the idea of what an AI can be, rooting it in cultural and personal context rather than abstract data
